Level One: Light-duty Support
Level One means your monthly process focuses on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Sales Tax and the General Ledger. This level is for companies with light-duty bookkeeping needs.
Companies in this level hire a part-time bookkeeper or a full-time employee who does bookkeeping and many other duties within the office.
You will contract Number Junkies to train your employee in accounting software and bookkeeping processes. Number Junkies will review the books to keep them clean, prepare month-end financial reports, prepare government remittances and answer your employee’s questions.
Level Two: Profitability In-Depth Plus
Level Two means more in-depth bookkeeping focused on tracking profitability and includes collections, a complete Balance Sheet, account reconciliations and reports focused on cash flow and costs versus revenue.
This Level includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Sales Tax and the General Ledger.
Most companies have a full-time employee working on accounting and office administration.
As with Level One, you will contract Number Junkies to train your employee in accounting software and bookkeeping processes. Number Junkies will review the books to keep them clean, prepare month-end financial reports, prepare government remittances and answer your employee’s questions.
Level Three: Payroll Plus Profitability
Level Three means your bookkeeping needs include payroll and source deductions, a focus on collections and complete Balance Sheet account reconciliations. Your reports include financial statements and profitability.
This Level includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Banking, Sales Tax and the General Ledger.
Most companies have a full-time employee who works primarily on accounting but has some time to do other tasks.
You will contract Number Junkies to review processes that affect accounting and do quarterly reviews to assist in audit proofing your records.
Level Four – The Full Cycle
Level Four means you require Full Cycle monthly bookkeeping including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Banking, Payroll, Inventory, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders through to year-end preparation.
Most companies have a full time employee working primarily on accounting.
You will contract Number Junkies to review company-wide processes for the flow of information to accounting. In this Level, your company has grown, you have hired more employees, and your processes need to be changed to regain efficiencies.
